Mechanical engineer & product developer with 15+ years of experience. From concept sketch to production line — I make things that work.
What I Bring
Tools, methods, and technical knowledge built through 15+ years of hands-on engineering.
How I Work
Technical expertise only matters if it's delivered well. Here's what you get beyond the CAD models.
I work with clients, suppliers, and production teams as one unit. No silos. No "over the wall" engineering.
I explain technical decisions in plain language. If a design choice can't be justified simply, it's not fully understood.
I design for the shop floor, not just the screen. DFM, tolerances, and supplier capabilities are baked in from day one.
Every project follows a proven flow: requirements → risk analysis → design → validation → documentation. Nothing slips through.
Based in Denmark, working remotely with teams across the Nordics and Europe. I navigate cultural differences and time zones with ease.
I rapidly absorb new technical domains. If I haven't solved your exact problem before, I know how to figure it out — fast.
"I don't just deliver drawings. I deliver confidence that the thing will work when it's built."
— That's the standard I hold myself to.
Selected Work
Due to NDAs I can't share company names or actual photos — but I can show you what I built and how I built it.
A full multi-station production line structured in independently replaceable modules — each designed for easy maintenance, calibration, and future upgrades without stopping the entire line. The design followed strict hygienic standards with stainless steel framing, rounded internal radii, and zero dead zones.
Six independently swappable modules with integrated material flow routed through the structural design — enabling partial upgrades without full line shutdown.
Full hygienic envelope: continuous welds, sloped drainage surfaces, and no hollow sections or crevices — meeting stringent sanitary manufacturing requirements.
Designed for manufacturing from the start — standardised fasteners, machinable geometries, and modular tooling interfaces reduced assembly complexity and future service time.

Beyond the Big Projects
Not every project needs a six-month timeline. These are focused designs that solved real problems — each one a full engineering exercise in its own right.
Designed a complete loudspeaker enclosure from acoustics to manufacturing. Engineered the cabinet geometry to control internal standing waves, designed the baffle for driver alignment, and resolved all structural challenges to make the unit producible in small series. A project that demanded deep thinking across acoustics, woodworking, and industrial design.
Designed a mechanical deployment device for placing scientific sensors deep inside glacier ice. The challenge: extreme cold, high pressure, and zero tolerance for failure once deployed. The device had to be insertable through a narrow borehole, release the sensor at the correct depth, and survive the refreezing of the surrounding ice. A precise balance of mechanism design and materials for extreme environments.
Developed structural packaging for a consumer product — from protective insert geometry to box construction. Went beyond aesthetics to engineer the load path through the package, ensuring the product survived real-world shipping conditions. Involved compression testing, material selection, and tight cost constraints for mass production.
Took aesthetically ambitious lamp designs and solved the manufacturing problem. The challenge wasn't the form — it was making it real. Designed the internal architecture: the structural frame, heat dissipation path, wiring channels, and assembly sequence. Transformed beautiful but unbuildable concepts into production-ready products with no visible compromise to the design intent.
